Debt Collection Officer

**We are looking to hire a qualified Debt Collection Officer to join our dynamic team**.
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Manage multiple delinquent accounts.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Visiting the debtor in their premises and negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
- Responding to customer queries or complaints
- Achieve the monthly collection target set by the Company Management.
- Preparing the updated weekly progress report and submit it to the Collection Manager for review and asses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Debt Collection Officer: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (required)

License/Certification:

- QID and NOC (required)
