**المتطلبات**:

- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في المؤسسات المالية وسنتين (إن وجدت) في الشركات.
- خبرة في إعادة جدولة الديون والقروض المتعثرة والتسويات للعملاء
- مهارات الاتصال والتواصل
- شخصية قوية
- قدرة على الاقناع

**التعليم**:

- شهادة جامعية (يفضل في المجال القانوني)
- يتحدث اللغة العربية والانجليزية

**المهام**:

- متابعة وتحصيل ديون العملاء
- عمل زيارات ميدانية للعملاء المتعثرين
- التواصل والمتابعة المباشرة مع العملاء

Debt collection staff required for a debt collection company

**Requirements**:

- At least three years of experience in financial institutions and two years (if any) in companies.
- Experience in debt rescheduling, non-performing loans, and settlements for clients
- Communication and Connection skills
- Strong personality
- Ability to persuade

**Education**:

- University degree (preferably in the legal field)
- Speaks Arabic and English

**Mission**:

- Follow-up and collection of customer debts
- Conducting field visits to distressed clients
- Direct communication and follow-up with clients
