**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and relevant experience in Treasury Back office Operations management role. A minimum of 5 years experience in Treasury Back office Operations Manager role with a large financial institution with direct experience of managing the Treasury transactions lifecycle.
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 15+ years of working experience in Treasury Back office Operations.
- Proven experience in Treasury Back office Operations Processes.
- Proven experience in planning and execution of Treasury Back office Operations process.
- Experience with the digital banking operations, payments, dispute, customer service, risk, fraud management and overall banks products & services.
**Technical Competencies**:

- Technical and process knowledge of complex practices and procedures of treasury operation, treasury products, dealings and transactions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize treasury operation processes.
- Ability to effect change and embed efficient processes to optimize treasury products lifecycle.
- Ability to ensure delivery against SLA’s/TAT’s.
- Ability to facilitate meaningful MIS reporting to senior management.
