**Job Overview**

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the UI/UX design and Research & Development (R&D) efforts for our LegalTech platform. This role requires a blend of design thinking, user-centered research, and product management skills to deliver an intuitive and effective platform for both lawyers and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Product Management:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor product performance using KPIs, analyze user behavior, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks.

2. UI/UX Design:

- User Experience Design: Oversee the design of intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
- User Testing & Feedback: Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and implement design improvements.
- Design System Management: Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring brand coherence across the platform.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure the platform adheres to accessibility standards and legal compliance.

3. Research and Development:

- User Research & Interviews: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to understand pain points and requirements.
- Feature Ideation & Validation: Generate new feature ideas, validate concepts through A/B testing, and prioritize based on impact.
- Innovation & Technology Integration: Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain thorough documentation of research findings, design iterations, and feature specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience (preferred): 3+ years of experience in product management, UI/UX design, or R&D, preferably in a LegalTech, SaaS, or FinTech environment.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with Clickup project management tool.
- Experience with user research methodologies and data analytics tools like, Google analytics and Firebase.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 per month
