**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP Implementation and Support**:

- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for ERP users.
- Ensure ERP workflows align with business processes and recommend improvements.
- **IT Administration**:

- Manage basic IT tasks such as user account creation, password resets, and system access.
- Perform routine maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced support and troubleshooting.
- **Report Generation and Analysis**:

- Develop and generate reports from ERP systems and databases as needed by various departments.
- Create custom dashboards, graphs, and visualizations in **Excel** and **reporting tools** to present insights clearly.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- **Documentation and Training**:

- Create user manuals and documentation for ERP and IT processes.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on ERP functionalities and IT best practices.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Respond to system support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science**, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- **3-5 years** of experience in ERP implementation, system support, and IT administration.
- Experience in industries like **retail, F&B, or manufacturing** is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong knowledge of **Excel** (including pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization).
- Basic understanding of network and system administration.
- Familiarity with database tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to generate insightful reports and perform data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Effective communication and training abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
