**About the role**
You will be responsible to efficiently manage the company’s assets and liabilities in line with finance strategy, treasury principles and industry best practice. Support in delivering the corporate strategy by developing high performing capable teams, communicating clearly and role modelling leadership behaviors. Facilitate common working practices, partnering and to deliver against common objectives and projects.

**About you**
You will possess:

- A minimum of 10 years specialist of job-related experience required.
- Airline industry experience is considered a plus.
- Graduate, qualified Accountant and/or AMCT/MCT/CFA qualified or equivalent
- Functional knowledge across a wide range of products and strategies regarding treasury systems, banking, risk management (hedging), financing and payment activities.
- Experience in sourcing finance, execution and integration of related processes, financial risk management strategies and communications.
- Treasury operations including banking, payments, liquidity management and cash flow forecasting
- Certification in project management (e.g. Six Sigma).
- Understanding of electronic payment methods and infrastructure
- Thorough understanding of funding programs such as revolving credit agreements, asset backed securitization programs, collateral management, etc
- Exposure to legal contract negotiation
- Good working knowledge of financial modelling, valuation and corporate finance.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Good working knowledge of finance systems and process mapping tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiating, and organizational skills with ability to analyze, review variances, interpret data and present effectively to facilitate decision making.
- Experience in legal contract negotiation.
- Proven high levels of commercial acumen and business exposure with excellent influencing and relationship building skills at senior levels.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Ability to organize complex tasks and excellent process reengineering, change management skills
