**We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team**
The Telesales Representative for Retail Banking Products is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell retail banking products such as credit cards, loans, savings accounts, and other financial services. This role demands strong communication skills, a solid understanding of banking products, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
The Telesales Representative must meet or exceed sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote retail banking products.
- Use scripts and sales techniques to effectively present and sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, and other financial services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to provide suitable banking solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about banking products, benefits, and terms.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Track sales progress and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail banking products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to banking products and telesales activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends to improve sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Basic understanding of retail banking products, such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Fluent in the language(s) relevant to the customer base
- Ability to follow regulatory and compliance guidelines related to banking products and telesales activities
Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
