**The Role**:
We’re seeking a highly creative and experienced **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our real estate team. You’ll lead the visual storytelling across our brand and marketing platforms, playing a critical role in how we present our properties, developments, and services to the public, investors, and clients. From luxury listings to commercial developments, your work will shape the visual identity of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-impact marketing materials, including:

- Property brochures
- Pitch decks
- Signage and hoardings
- Social media assets
- Website visuals and microsites
- Event branding and presentations
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, development, and photography/videography teams to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Oversee and mentor junior designers and freelancers.
- Stay ahead of design trends, especially in luxury real estate, architecture, and digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 8+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with 4+ years in the real estate or architecture/interior design sector.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD); knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, print production, and digital media.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing assets and design best practices (MLS, signage, floorplans, staging visuals, etc.).
- Experience with branding, identity systems, and high-end property marketing.
- Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic, especially in real estate, architecture, or luxury branding.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial or residential real estate marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
- Photography or videography editing experience.
- Experience working in a CRM or listing platform environment
