- Bachelor’s degree in business or an IT-related field, Experience in project management, It is preferable to have experience and knowledge in data management.
- Good ability to communicate and build relationships.
- 15 years of experience in data management and quality.
- A strong track record of implementing data governance and quality projects and establishing data governance offices.
- Deep knowledge of data management, quality policies, standards, procedures, and metrics.
- Extensive experience in developing detailed data governance workflows, operating models, and organizational structures.
- Deep understanding and certification in DAMA DMBOK.
- Expert in metadata management (data classifications, glossary, data lineage)
- Good understanding of data management, data quality, and metadata management tools such as Informatica And Collibra.
- Proven consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
- Excellent communication skills with clients as a consultant and the team as a coach and observer.
- Ability to organize and deliver training to established data management offices and client teams.
- **Fluent in English and Arabic.**
