About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable HR consultant to develop and implement bespoke HR strategies for our clients. As an HR consultant, you will be required to evaluate and identify human capital inefficiencies, recommend solutions, develop HR strategies and models, and provide advice on HR policies and best practices, A skilled HR consultant should be able to quickly identify workforce issues and recommend effective solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Meeting with the HR and management teams to define the company's HR issues, goals, and requirements.
- Recommending solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
- Overseeing the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies.
- Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnels
- Assist in the development and integration of policies
- Serving as internal consultants by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR consultant or similar.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with ATS, Payroll, and HR management software.
- Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
