**Principal tasks and accountabilities**

As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible to lead the Restaurant Operations & Kitchen driving financial efficiencies & training for high-quality customer service, food quality and employee engagement.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet
- In charge of training, grooming and selection of casual labour (if needed)
- Ensure correct grooming standards are followed at all times
- All issues and negative guest feedback need to be properly tracked and monitored Following up on opening and closing checklists
- Maintains the HACCP & FIFO standards as required by the regional governing body
- Handle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance department
- Actively contributes towards the achievement of financial targets
- Responsible for linking all facets of service, cuisine and entertainment
- Assume the responsibility of daily operations
- Handles security incidents, guest complaints with confidence and in a professional manner
- Conducts daily briefings for all staff prior to commencement of each shift or assign it to the outlet Restaurant Manager during the Restaurant GM absence
- Ensure all appropriate equipment is on hand for each service period
- Should be creative, confident, and prepared to think outside of the box
- Following team’s personal development and assign KPI’s in accordance with Restaurants goals
- Ensure the operational inventory is always accounted for and in immaculate condition
- Ensure the outlet maintenance is ensured at all time
- Create opportunities for upselling products, establish sales goals and selling strategies
- Develop the restaurant team to strive for excellence
- Creates an efficient rostering system
- Ensure awareness and delivers the optimum levels of service and guest satisfaction
- Establish and maintain effective communication across all divisions
- Lead by example through a passionate, hands-on approach
- Assist with collecting information for the monthly P&L review
- Planning and coordinate menus with the outlet Chef
- Ensure team’s food and beverage knowledge at all time
- Organising marketing activities and promotional events in cooperation with the marketing department
- Preparing reports at the end of the operations including guest’s comments, sales report, general feedbacks
- Responsible of the team recruitment in cooperation with the HR department
- Develop a strategy of handling special guest’s requests and VIPs

**Other Key Strategic & Operational Duties Would Include**
- Develops channel marketing penetration plan while ensuring that it aligns with Local mandates & overall company strategies and be deployed in line with agreed principles and guidelines of the Franchise.
- Develops a roadmap for segmented personalized reach and offering propositions, through coordination with relevant Events and channel owners, across online and offline touchpoints.
- Develops a calendar of marketing plan, innovative campaigns, and relevant Events for S&H to participate in, tailored to the business line, across all touch points for timely implementation of initiatives and activities.
- Ensure plans are in constant alignment with integration of defined annual and ad hoc events & marketing activities. Maximize marketing funds linked to commercial deals by developing marketing plans targeting VIP customers, corporate conglomerates to drive best ROI outcome and support commercial objectives with each partner, in alignment with commercial marketing events strategies.
- Develops marketing collaterals and giveaways for New Joiners/ customers/ partners and Events that can be appropriately used in celebratory Events & marketing activations.
- Evaluate all potential opportunities and threats in order to provide an appropriate recommendation for any marketing actions to be taken to support leading the communications.
- Reinforces a connection and leads the team building stronger relations with Events partners through personalized targeted initiatives and customized marketing tools aiming to continue positioning S&H as a reliable and preferred fine dining / luxury restaurant concept.

**Salary**: QAR2,196.00 - QAR12,482.00 per month
