We are looking for a result-driven Sales and Measurement consultant with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers and will provide complete and appropriate services for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer retention level and hit the sales target.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Providing tailored services on individual pieces, whole outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics that will suit the customer’s preferences, style, body type, and price range.
- Listening to the customer’s needs and understand their individual personality, Provide prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times.
- Following up with customers via phone or home visits and answer requests and questions.
- Generating and pursuing customers to grow the customer base and Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail and fashion industry like “Made to measure / Bespoke / Suits / Men’s formal dress”.
- Should be able to work with high-end clients who have a wide variety of personalities.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track in sales.
- Excellent sell, Negotiation, Communication, Customer Services and product knowledge skills.
- Understand the CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business and professional relationship with customers.
- Good knowledge of MS office and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and respond to duty needs after regular business hours.
- Ability to relocate to different stores and work shifts.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum a high school diploma in the related field, BS degree is preferred.
- Motivated and highly organized.
- Ability to communicate with different cultural backgrounds.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail / Fashion Industry: 5 years (required)
- Qatari Cloths Selling: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
