**Salary**: QAR 3,500 (Fixed)

**Job Responsibilities & Skills**:
**1. Communication Skills**
- Arabic/ English is a must
- Clear verbal communication for pitching and presenting
- Active listening to understand client needs
- Ability to handle objections and negotiations professionally

**2. Sales & Persuasion Skills**
- Strong understanding of consultative selling
- Ability to close deals in face-to-face settings
- Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling

**3. Territory Management**
- Efficiently manage sales routes and daily plans
- Prioritize high-potential clients and regions
- Familiarity with field sales tracking tools or CRMs

**4. Product & Market Knowledge**
- Deep understanding of the company's offerings
- Awareness of industry trends and competitor products
- Ability to translate product features into business benefits
