Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is where creativity meets precision, and we are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead our signage manufacturing workshop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of the signage manufacturing process, including equipment operation, material handling, and quality control.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of signage products.
- Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all signage products meet or exceed quality standards and customer specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and perform regular inspections to monitor product quality.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train manufacturing staff, including technicians and operators, to ensure adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule regular servicing and address any equipment malfunctions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards within the workshop.
- Promote a culture of safety and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into production plans.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful completion of custom signage projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the signage or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
