**About the Role**
Are you a hands-on engineering professional with a passion for precision and automation? We are looking for a skilled **Milling Engineer** to join our advanced manufacturing team, where you will take ownership of the **entire milling and fabrication process** of plugs and moulds using robotic technology.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a team of engineers and fabricators to **translate 3D design files into physical high-precision moulds**, using advanced robotic milling equipment such as **KUKA robots** or similar. **Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and program robotic milling systems (KUKA or equivalent) for plug and mould production
- Interpret and work from Rhino 3D files and CAD designs
- Manage the milling workflow from preparation to final fabrication
- Coordinate with design and fabrication teams to ensure quality and precision
- Troubleshoot and optimize the milling process for efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure high safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the process

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Industrial or Marine Engineering
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in plug and mould design and fabrication
- Hands-on experience with **robotic milling systems**, ideally KUKA
- Strong working knowledge of **Rhino and related CAD/CAM tools**:

- Ability to work independently and manage full milling cycles
