**Job Opportunity: Real Estate Leasing Agent (Commercial & Residential)**

**Location**: Qatar

**Job Type**: Commission-Based (Up to 70%)
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year Required
**QID**: Valid QID Required

**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lease residential and commercial properties to clients.
- Generate leads, conduct property tours, and close leasing agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Advertise properties through digital platforms and other marketing channels.
- Stay updated on market trends and rental values in key areas.
- Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and compliant with Qatar's regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in real estate leasing (commercial and/or residential).
- **Valid QID (Qatar ID)** is **mandatory**.
- Proven sales skills and a track record of closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s real estate laws and leasing procedures.
