**Oversee Laundry Operations**: Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring all hotel linens and guest garments are processed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

**Maintain Equipment**: Ensure that all laundry equipment is maintained in good working order, scheduling regular maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise to prevent downtime.

**Implement Safety Procedures**: Implement and enforce strict safety procedures to protect staff from potential hazards associated with laundry equipment and chemicals.

**Control Inventory and Supplies**: Oversee inventory management of laundry supplies, detergents, and chemicals, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained for seamless operations.
