- Inspect welds for **accuracy, defects, and strength** based on industry standards.
- Use **grinders, torches, and other tools** to prepare and finish welds.
- Follow **safety procedures and wear protective gear** (PPE).
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Work in **outdoor and indoor environments**, often at heights.

**6G MIG-TIG-MAG-ARC Pipe Welder (15 Nos.)Job Description**:
A **6G Pipe Welder** specializes in welding **pipes in all positions (horizontal, vertical, and overhead)**. The **6G position** is the most challenging because the pipe is fixed at a **45-degree angle**, requiring expertise in various welding techniques like **MIG, TIG, MAG, and ARC**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **6G pipe welding** using **MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), MAG (Metal Active Gas), and ARC welding** techniques.
- Weld pipes made of **carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys** used in oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing industries.
- Read **isometric drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols**.
- Conduct **root passes, hot passes, fill passes, and cap passes** to ensure strong welds.
- Inspect welds using **NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods** such as X-ray, ultrasonic, or visual inspection.
- Work on **pipeline construction, refineries, power plants, and industrial projects**.
- Follow **safety regulations** and ensure compliance with industry welding standards.
