Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Qatar. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, maintaining a database of available listings, negotiating contracts, preparing relevant documents, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. The role also involves staying up-to-date with real estate market trends and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

  • A valid Driving license is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including knowledge of real property laws and processes.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the Qatar real estate market is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
