**Deploys as the Information Support Specialist, in support of the CENTCOM Partner Integration Enterprise (CPIE). Provides technical support to mission partners in support of engaged US and Coalition forces. This position is full time with an extended work week and will require the ability to travel. Position requires shiftwork.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and services on all Government furnished equipment.
- Coordinate with AIDE representatives to ensure upkeep and access to all FMV feeds.
- Manage all CPIE software and hardware updates/migration, while keeping CPIE leadership informed of any forecasted disruptions.
- Ensures video feeds are accessible via SIPR, SIPR-REL, and/or BICES on an ad-hoc or permanent basis as required by the mission.
- Provide technical support for CPIE VTC/briefing systems and other miscellaneous IT systems, such as static display signs, coordinated time clocks, etc.
- Maintain reporting and documentation of network:/desktop changes impacting configuration management.
- Collaborate with CENTCOM HQ J6 and FWD HQ J6 to provide IT Services & Support
- Manage IT Operations, incorporating IT Asset Management, Systems Lifecycle Management, IT Policies/Standards/Procedures, IT service to user
- Provide hardware/software support: computer, network, and peripheral equipment installation, configuration, testing, operations, and maintenance
- Function as Administrative Manager: responsible for processing all user account documentation, start to finish
- Perform daily as System Administrator:

- Create and maintain computer/user accounts in Active Directory
- Including adding/removing users to/from security groups
- Implement access control to profile folders, share files, and share drives
- Perform as IT / Network support technician:

- Responsible for connectivity from Desk to Switch
- Responsible for creating and managing trouble tickets
- Provides SME support for sensor integration and sensor interfaces to aerial platforms and communications architectures, including but not limited to: Full Motion Video (FMV), Line of Sight (LOS)/ Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) communications, and DCGS-A PED
- Provides real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a team.

**Required Qualifications**
- TS/SCI security clearance
- US Citizen
- Valid US Driver's license
- Valid US Passport
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or Technology OR three years of relevant experience with Comp TIA Network+ or equivalent certification
- At least three years' experience with FMV dissemination tools and systems
- Familiar with FMV exploitation tools such as Analysis, Integration, and Modeling of Earth System (AIMES), Videx (Video Exploitation) or equivalents across multiple classified networks including SIPR, SIPR- REL, BICES, and CPN-X

**Desired Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in IT-related discipline
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. For example, one of the following: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP

**Education Requirements**:
