**Department**
HEALTHCARE

**Primary purpose of job**:

- To manage the operation and service delivery of QatarEnergy Dental Services in the region. This includes the operation

and service delivery of the Dental Laboratory Services.
- To provide specialist Primary Dental Care in the diagnoses and treatment of diseases, injuries, malformities of teeth and

gums and related oral structures. May treat diseases of nerve, pulp and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Licensed Dentist/registered with Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) or will be within 6 months (essential).
- Middle Management training (essential).
- Evidence of continuous post graduate development (CPO) in line with QatarEnergy standards in clinical and mandatory

training (essential).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) (essential).
- Minimum 12 years full time clinical dental experience, inclusive of a 1-year foundation programme in a supervised

environment (essential).
- If Master’s Degree in Dentistry (from a World Health Organisation approved dental school) or equivalent, 10 years proven

experience as a specialist/ registrar in hospital.
- Proven experience in management of a Dental Clinic (recommended).
- Dentistry is a requirement (recommended).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (from a World Health Organisation approved dental school) or equivalent (essential).
