**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new project opportunities in the marine construction and diving services sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects, focusing on GCC countries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the region.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for future collaboration.
- Arrange meetings with existing and potential clients to present our services and discuss upcoming projects.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely responses.

**Proposal and Negotiation**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure profitable business deals.

**Marketing and Branding**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of Blue Core Marine Works within the GCC region.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, project pipelines, and market insights.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the marine or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market and cultural dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within GCC countries as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
