**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
- Extensive hands on experience in delivering Data Science models
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations; ability to optimize team’s resources to achieve business goals
- Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders to understand problem statement and converse with non-technical audience alike.
- Experience in all or some of the following scripting languages: Alteryx, Python, R, SAS, Java, C++, SPSS, MATLAB.
- Data visualisation experience - Tableau / Power BI / Qlik or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage an environment of rapid change and development, and lead others through this process
