**Responsibilities**:
Lead end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions.

Manage contract negotiations and oversee high-value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.

Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis.

Use tendering tools and contract management systems to support operations.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

**Experience**:
5-7 years in procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles.

Preferably within manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors.

**Skills**:Expertise in tendering tools and contract management systems

Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities

Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
