IMMEDIATE HIRING - CONTRACTS MANAGER
- 35+ years, Male
- 8-10 hours /day - 6 days a week
- Work Location - Lusail
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 12+ years of experience in construction
- RICS certification is a plus
- Qatar Driving License is a must
- Has experience in Contracting and have worked with Mati Consultants / ASHGHAL, and to join the company as soon as possible
- Leads the contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflow.
- Uses popular contract management software.
- Knows contract compliance best practices.
- Maintains confidentiality of all contracts.
- Answers questions signees have about the contracts
- Keeps track of important contract dates and milestones.
- Partners with lawyers to make the contract management process more effective and efficient.
- Creates a database of contract templates, such as non-disclosures, non-competes, release forms, partnership agreements, purchase orders, employment contracts, and independent contractor agreements.
- Mitigates common contract management risks, such as financial, legal, and security risks.
- Responds to requests from internal departments and makes sure all contracts are drafted and executed promptly and correctly.
- Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority.
