**Position**:2D AutoCAD Draftsman (with 3D Design Skills as an Advantage)

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Drafting and Design (Fit-Out and Contracting Focus)
- Create detailed and precise 2D technical drawings, plans, and layouts for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed sections for various project elements, including furniture, partitions, ceilings, and MEP integration.
- Assist in the development of technical drawings for exhibitions, pop-up displays, and event structures.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate technical drafts.

2. 3D Design and Visualization (Advantageous)
- Develop 3D visualizations, models, and renderings of fit-out designs, exhibition setups, and bespoke engineering solutions.
- Utilize 3D design tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino) to present realistic visual representations for client approvals.
- Support creative and engineering teams by enhancing design presentations with 3D walkthroughs or photorealistic renders.

3. Fit-Out and Exhibition Project Coordination
- Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure drawings align with site conditions and feasibility.
- Participate in site visits to verify dimensions, inspect ongoing work, and address discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material specifications match design requirements.

4. Technical and Engineering Support
- Assist in the preparation of detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs based on project drawings.
- Provide support for structural and engineering designs, ensuring all designs meet safety and quality standards.
- Review and revise designs to address any conflicts or changes during the project lifecycle.

5. Quality Assurance and Documentation
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and finalized designs for compliance and future reference.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for client submissions and project approvals.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a draftsman, with expertise in fit-out, contracting, and exhibition projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD for 2D drafting; knowledge of 3D modeling tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with fit-out elements such as joinery, furniture design, MEP coordination, and material specifications.
- Understanding of structural and engineering principles related to interior and exhibition projects.
- Strong knowledge of exhibition booth layouts, modular systems, and temporary installations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering blueprints accurately.
