**Job Title**: Lifting/Rigging Supervisor

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

**Employment Type**: Full-time, 2-Year Contract (Extendable)

**Working Days**: Saturday to Thursday

**Working Hours**: 10 hours/day

**Monthly Salary**: QAR 5,000 (**Food, Accommodation, and Transportation**: Provided by the company)

**Annual Leave**: After completing 12 months of service

**Annual Air Ticket**: Provided by the company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise lifting and rigging activities to ensure safety and compliance with project standards
- Coordinate with site teams, crane operators, and contractors for lifting operations
- Inspect lifting gear and rigging equipment to ensure good condition and certification
- Maintain daily records and reports related to lifting activities
- Provide guidance and training to rigging personnel
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lifting/Rigging Supervisor in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret rigging plans and load charts
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Relevant certifications in lifting and rigging operations are a plus
