Service Desk Engineer

**Position Title: Service Desk Engineer (Banking sector)**
**Location: Doha, Qatar**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-level technical support for IT services across the organization.
- Record, classify, and manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM system.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved incidents to appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation for resolutions and procedures.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools, Microsoft technologies, and remote troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
