**About the role**:
The database developer must possess advanced knowledge of programming languages, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work to a deadline. A top-class developer works together with the development team to create high-level programs. The database developer is attentive to emerging requirements of the company and its clients; inquisitive regarding process analysis and desired outcomes; and rapidly responds with innovative solutions to complex problems.

The Care Coordination System (CCS), heretofore referred to as “the system”, is a database serving corporate business objectives and clients as a knowledge management tool informing timely and accurate decision-making, prioritization, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement process initiatives in medical services delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with development managers to discuss the scope of software projects.
- Analyzing existing programs for modification purposes.
- Writing and implementing, clean, scalable code.
- Troubleshooting and debugging code.
- Verifying and deploying software systems.
- Evaluating user feedback.
- Recommending and executing program improvements.
- Maintaining software code and security systems.
- Creating technical documents and training staff.

**Required Education and Work Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, HTML5, Java, C++, API, and PHP.
- Knowledge of software systems and frameworks including AnglularJS, Git, GitHub, and.NET.
- Experience with object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development technologies.
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually on a project.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.

**Travel / Rotation Requirements**
- Performance location is Doha, Qatar with ability to travel periodically throughout the Middle East Region (Iraq, Kuwait) with potential travel to the United States and its Territories
- Must be able to relocate to Qatar.
- A valid passport is required to be maintained during your stay in Qatar.
- Ability to pass U.S. State Department background check for issuance of Base Access Badge
