Provide legal advice on corporate policies, contracts, and business strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations relevant to the business.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, or negotiations.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when necessary.
- Keep the management informed of legal developments that may impact the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree or specialization is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a law firm, with exposure to corporate or commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
