**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of BMS systems and HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in BMS-controlled systems including HVAC, lighting, and power monitoring systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of the BMS by calibrating sensors, replacing defective components, and updating control strategies.
- Coordinate with other MEP technicians and facility teams to address system issues efficiently.
- Monitor energy consumption and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency.
- Read and interpret schematics, control drawings, and technical manuals.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and programming of new BMS and HVAC systems.
- Maintain records of system performance, maintenance activities, and faults.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company protocols during maintenance and repair work.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in facilities maintenance with hands-on expertise in BMS and HVAC systems.
- Proficient in working with systems such as Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider, or similar.
- Good understanding of HVAC operations, control logic, and automation systems.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in commercial, industrial, or healthcare facilities.
- Transferable visa with NOC (if applicable).
