We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BMS Technician to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, effective troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain reliable building automation performance across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission DDC/BMS control panels, field devices, sensors, and related components.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential buildings.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
  • Monitor, calibrate, and optimize BMS functions to support efficient operation of HVAC and electromechanical systems.
  • Prepare and maintain updated documentation, wiring diagrams, and service/maintenance records.
  • Coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams to ensure operational requirements and schedules are met.
  • Follow all company safety standards and procedures during installation, maintenance, and service activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical Certificate (1–1.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ).
  • Hands-on experience in DDC/BMS installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Previous experience in electromechanical maintenance within GCC facilities such as hospitals, schools, or residential complexes.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in BMS and automation systems.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Must currently be residing in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
