Key Responsibilities:

- Manage appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and general administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize modern office tools and software to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Create light graphic designs for promotional materials to enhance our clinic’s presence.
- Proactively identify and solve client or operational issues with a can-do attitude.
- Support the team in creating a welcoming and organized environment for clients and their pets.

About You:

- You’re more than just a receptionist—you’re a client advocate who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems.
- **Office Savvy**: Comfortable with modern office technology and tools.
- **Creative Touch**: Experience with basic graphic design is a plus.
- **Animal Enthusiast**: Passionate about animals and their well-being; veterinary or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not required.
- **People Person**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Team Player**: Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
