**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition**: Identify and secure new corporate clients through targeted sales efforts and effective negotiation strategies.
- **Sales Supervision & Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- **Revenue Growth & Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
- **Market Research & Reporting**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic planning and provide regular performance reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the car rental, fleet, or automotive sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatari market, including key industries and corporate clients.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
