**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform flair bartending techniques such as juggling bottles, flipping shakers, and other bar tools while preparing drinks.
- Choreograph and execute entertaining bar routines that captivate and engage guests.
- Incorporate music and special effects (e.g., fire tricks) into your performances to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Ensure that drinks are made to the highest standard, following recipes and guest specifications.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of classic and contemporary mocktails, as well as the ingredients and techniques used to create them.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, making them feel welcome and entertained.
- Create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar, encouraging repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking bar supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and company policies.
- Contribute ideas for new drink specials, performances, and promotional events.
- Perform at special events, themed nights, and private functions to showcase your flair bartending skills and entertain guests.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to create customized experiences for clients and guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a flair bartender or show bartender in a high-energy bar, club, or event setting.
- Exceptional flair bartending skills with the ability to perform a wide range of tricks and routines.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including mocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering high-quality drinks.
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident with a passion for entertaining and interacting with guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., cases of bottles), and perform physical tricks safely.
