BM events is hiring wait staff for the upcoming event happening on 2nd feb.

The responsibilities include:

- **Greeting and Seating Customers**: Welcoming guests as they arrive and showing them to their tables. Providing menus and sometimes sharing daily specials or recommendations.
- **Taking Orders**: Accurately recording customers' orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and communicating these to the kitchen staff. This often requires a good memory and attention to detail.
- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Bringing food and drinks to the table, ensuring they are served in a presentable manner and in accordance with the restaurant's standards. This may include serving wine and other alcoholic beverages, requiring knowledge of proper serving techniques.
- **Checking on Guests**: Regularly checking back with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals, addressing any concerns or additional requests they might have.
- **Handling Payments**: Presenting the bill to customers and processing payments, which may involve handling cash or processing credit card transactions.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensuring tables are cleared and cleaned promptly after guests leave and setting tables for new guests. This may include restocking table condiments and ensuring the dining area is tidy and presentable.
- **Team Coordination**: Coordinating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure efficient operation and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service, which includes being polite, attentive, and responsive to guests' needs. Handling complaints

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: QAR80.00 per day
