**Job Summary**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join our consultant supervision team for ongoing **roads and infrastructure projects** in Qatar. The QS will be responsible for monitoring contractor payments, verifying quantities on-site, evaluating variations and claims, and supporting commercial aspects of the project in line with **QCS 2014**, **Ashghal standards**, and the consultancy’s internal procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and validate **BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents** in line with project specifications.
- Provide **cost control and financial management** throughout project lifecycle.
- Assist in contract administration, including **claims management, risk assessment, and dispute resolution**.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies for design stages.
- Review **tender submissions** and prepare evaluation reports.
- Prepare and maintain accurate **project cost reports, forecasts, and cash flows**.
- Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with **Ashghal, PWA, and other authority standards** for infrastructure and road projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering** (Master’s preferred).
- **Minimum 10 years’ QS experience**, including at least 5 years with a **consultant company in Qatar**.
- Strong background in **infrastructure, roads, utilities, and buildings** projects.
- In-depth knowledge of **FIDIC contracts, QCS, and local authority regulations**.
- Proficient in **MS Excel, cost management software, and AutoCAD**.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken **English**; Arabic is an advantage.
