**Job Title: Accountant**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, SAP).
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Support audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Perform general administrative tasks within the finance department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- **1-4 years of relevant experience**; **freshers** who have maintained **good academic performance** are welcome
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and applicable financial regulations.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and accounting software platforms.
- Strong **attention to detail**, organizational skills, and **communication** abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
