**Technology Specialist**
**Location**: Qatar

The Technology Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring IT systems, providing support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of hospital-specific technology platforms. This includes troubleshooting hardware/software issues, user support, and daily monitoring of critical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and monitor computer networks and systems
- Log and respond to technical queries from employees
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
- Perform safety checks on computer equipment
- Set up user accounts and manage password issues
- Analyze call logs for trends and recurring issues
- Monitor systems such as HVMS, LIMS, and PACS
- Evaluate and test new technologies
- Generate reports and maintain procedural documentation

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate/postgraduate degree
- 4-5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a hospital environment
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and IT systems
- Experience with healthcare IT platforms is an advantage
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
