Job Summary:
**Purpose and Scope**:
Perform maintenance service or repairs in two or more skill areas including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering and electrical repair/installation under supervision. Coordinate and perform general business office activities such as mail, courier and/or office supply inventory.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Perform building operations maintenance for the facility in accordance with established environmental and safety procedures.
- Oversee building custodian services and grounds maintenance as directed.
- Support office service functions such as shipping/receiving, stocking of supplies, operation of copiers, postage meter, etc.
- Operate trucks, forklifts, hoists and other material handling equipment.
- Perform minor electrical repairs/replacement under supervision.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required**:
High school diploma and at least 2 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Must have valid drivers license. Must be a US citizen.

**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands**:
Environment in which mechanical equipment is operated, is loud and noisy, and some pieces of equipment have exposed moving components, routine lifting up to 50 pounds, regular handling, grasping, kneeling and carrying, and constant use of vision and mental alertness is required.

**Other Responsibilities**:

Minimum Requirements:
