**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- OEM Certification in HVAC, Elevators, or Laundry/Kitchen Equipment (preferred multiple certifications).
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in healthcare electromechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards, healthcare facility compliance, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
