We specialize in Post-Operative Homecare, Outsourcing Medical Staff, and Private Nursing Care serving both B2B and B2C Markets. Responsibilities & Duties
- Reviewing patients’ medical history and completing patient screening tasks.
- Monitoring patients pre and post-op.
- Providing patients with care in the recovery, procedure, and operating rooms.
- Assessing, implementing, planning, and evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members
- Preparing patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting areas to be operated on.
- Assisting surgeons during surgical procedures.
- Collaborating with the surgical team on patient medication and post-surgery care.
- Updating patient files and medical records.
- Assisting with the ordering, maintenance, and safe storage of surgical equipment and supplies. Competency (knowledge, skills, & abilities)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse
- Valid QCHP license as a Registered General Nurse
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
