HELPER / TECHNICIAN job description

STAFF should be knowledgeable the process listed bellow

Tools: Hydraulic jack, jack stands, 1⁄2” drive breaker bar, impact gun, 1⁄2” drive impact sockets.

Process:
1. Locate factory jack points under the vehicle.

2. Attach the proper size socket on the breaker bar and turn counter clockwise to

loosen the lugs in a star pattern.

3. Use impact gun, set to reverse, to finish removing all lug nuts.

4. Remove wheel and tire from vehicle remembering to lift up the wheel with your legs

not your back.

5. On the backside of the wheel, put marking (PF - passenger front side, PR
- passenger rear side, Df - driver front side, DR - driver rear side).

6. Check the bent using the tire balancing machine.

7. Removing the tire separate from the wheel using the hydraulic tire changer

machine.

8. Installing the tire to the wheel using the hydraulic tire changer machine.

9. Rebalancing the wheel with tire on the balancing machine.

10. Old Paint removing using chemical.

11. Cleaning the wheel using the Sand blasting and Aqua water blasting machine.

Requirements and qualification
- Education and technical training certification.
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years’ experience on the same
- Employment certificates
- 25 - 35 years old
- Any nationality
