Sales Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders with efficiency, guaranteeing precise and prompt delivery of products or services to customers
- Maintain organized records of sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer support.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s database, recording sales activities and customer interactions.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials needed for client meetings or pitches.
- Organize and coordinate sales events, product launches, or promotional activities to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the fulfillment of customer requests and ensure a smooth flow of information within the organization.

Sales Coordinator Requirements:

- 2 Years Expierence with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred to provide a solid foundation for the role.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support or coordination role, showcasing the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic sales setting.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, documentation, and data management.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries or issues promptly.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software and ERP, as well as other relevant tools for efficient job performance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in priorities, processes, or customer needs, ensuring agility in a dynamic business environment.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
