Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving business growth for our diesel generator products. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to diesel generators and spare parts via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Track sales orders, delivery schedules, and inventory status.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Provide after-sales support by coordinating with service teams for installations, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Maintain knowledge of diesel generator products and applications to provide accurate information to clients.
- Follow up with clients on quotes, delivery, and payments.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the power generation or diesel generator industry.
- Familiarity with diesel generator systems, components, and applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3, QAR5,000.00 per month
