**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to distill key points from complex technical descriptions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably Python.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and adherence to clean coding practices.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Understanding of databases, encompassing SQL and NoSQL paradigms.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of networking principles in UNIX/Linux environments.
- Proficiency in AWS, with a focus on Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), and related services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles for streamlined development processes.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Backend developer: 3 years (preferred)
