Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation:

- Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and measuring.
- Support the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff in executing daily tasks.

2. Cooking Assistance:

- Follow recipes and cooking instructions to help prepare dishes.
- Assist in cooking basic menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.

3. Kitchen Maintenance:

- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils.

4. Stock Management:

- Monitor and report inventory levels of food and supplies.
- Assist with the storage and organization of ingredients.

5. Health & Safety:

- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Comply with kitchen safety protocols and report any hazards.

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not always required.

Working Conditions:

- Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically demanding role involving standing for long periods and handling kitchen equipment.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
