Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on subsidiary operations, governance, and alignment with the parent organization’s overarching objectives. This role is key to enhancing the performance, compliance, and strategic cohesion of subsidiaries within the broader corporate framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic guidance to ensure subsidiary initiatives align with corporate goals, promoting organizational consistency and strategic clarity.
- Partner with subsidiary leadership to review and enhance budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to support long-term objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management frameworks, including KPIs, to drive accountability and results.
- Deliver high-quality reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and manage key strategic projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships across the subsidiary portfolio.
- Advise senior executives—including the Director of Investments, CFO, CEO, and Board—on matters related to subsidiary performance and strategic direction.
- Work closely with subsidiary teams to address operational or financial underperformance, recommending corrective actions and strategic adjustments.
- Manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, and financial partners to support initiatives such as M&A, restructuring, and performance improvement.
- Support the development of comprehensive business plans and financial models aligned with corporate growth, investment, and restructuring strategies.
- Oversee the collection and benchmarking of subsidiary performance data, recommending improvements based on market trends and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience, ideally within the financial sector or multinational corporate structure.
- **Proficiency in Arabic is required.**

- Subsidiary Management
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- IFRS, GAAP, and Basel Standards
- Strategic Advisory & Legal Frameworks
- Business Planning & Financial Modeling

Pay: From QAR20,000.00 per month
