**Responsibilities**:
❖ Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the delivery and placement of branding materials, ensuring timely and accurate installations.

❖ Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a detailed schedule for on-site activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.

❖ Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between project managers, on-site teams, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

❖ Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that branding installations meet quality standards and comply with design specifications.

❖ Issue Resolution: Address on-site challenges promptly, collaborating with the project management team to find effective solutions.

❖ Client Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships during on-site activities, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

❖ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including progress reports, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.

❖ Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring the well-being of all personnel involved in the project.

❖ Material Inventory: Keep track of branding materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement to replenish stock as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**:
❖ Certification in project coordination or a related field.

❖ Familiarity with graphic installations and large-scale branding projects.

❖ Experience with project management tools and software.

**Job Type**: Contract
