**Role Description & Responsibilities**:

- Create specific VO2 blueprints for class standards & teaching guidelines
- Plans, leads and executes VO2 Group classes: including theme & event classes
- Leads by example; embodies & teaches ‘on brand’ VO2 group exercise classes & conducts regular trainings for VO2 trainer development
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry
- Devise NEW classes based on demand, market changes and facilities/equipment offered by the company
- General supervision of Gym floor, studio rooms & members
- Manages the Vo2 Group Class schedule, last minute covers, absences & holidays for full time and freelance trainers
- Maintains a quality, on-brand social media presence
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Analyze data from PGM and client feedback - to maximize the business profitability based on utilization & demand of classes
- Establish a strong client base that contributes to the gym’s revenue
- Promote the VO2 programs and services to existing and potential clients via social media, gym, classes, events & on the ground
- As part of the management team; oversee the Group class trainers and ensure the VO2 class and brand standards are being upheld
- Actively take part in other trainers VO2 classes to best guide with clear actionable feedback, areas of improvement, development plans and overall up-skill, help source and organize relevant training providers if necessary
- Lead on recruiting talent: source, screen trainers, audition/trial process & train new trainers
- Assess & mentor existing trainers class productivity & profitability

**Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly reports via PGM on class utilisation for General Manager
- Report any maintenance issues to Head of Customer Service to be resolved
- Report any cleaning/hygiene issues to Head of Customer Service
- Report smaller customer complaints to Head of Customer Service to be resolved
- Report recurring client feedback or ideas for improvement to the Head Trainers & General Manager to be discussed and implemented as new strategies or policies
- Help front desk team allocate clients to the correct classes according to goals and availability
- Take the lead when filming social media material for classes
- Support the Head Trainers & General Manager in planning strategies & initiatives to boost classes
- Report and ensure that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by clients; report accidents and prepare accident reports as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 per month
